Return Policy

Items need to be returned in original packaging in new and unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Please have your original order number or digital receipt present when making a return. If you need to ship your return, please include your order number and explanation on a sheet of paper included in the return package - return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Mounted boots (holes drilled into boots).

Shipping Policy

We are shipping directly from our shop in Seattle, Wa. Due to COVID-19, USPS and UPS (our two shipping carriers) cannot guarantee shipping times and are sometimes delayed. We unfortunately do not have any control once your package arrives at USPS or UPS. If you suspect your package to be lost or delayed, please use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email to contact the shipping carrier. Both shipping carriers offer a claim process for any and all lost or stolen packages. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 
Shipping times chosen within checkout at are estimates only. We require 24-48 hours for handling and processing. We cannot control the time it takes for the manufacturer to ship items that are backordered. You will receive tracking information when your items are prepared for shipment. Once your items are in the hands of the shipper, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, a claim must be filed through the shipping carrier. We offer shipping insurance at checkout for additional protection if your package is lost or stolen.
