We are shipping directly from our shop in Seattle, Wa. Due to COVID-19, USPS and UPS (our two shipping carriers) cannot guarantee shipping times and are sometimes delayed. We unfortunately do not have any control once your package arrives at USPS or UPS. If you suspect your package to be lost or delayed, please use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email to contact the shipping carrier. Both shipping carriers offer a claim process for any and all lost or stolen packages. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot control the time it takes for the manufacturer to ship items that are backordered. You will receive tracking information when your items are prepared for shipment.
