We are shipping directly from our shop in Seattle, Wa. Due to COVID-19, USPS and UPS (our two shipping carriers) cannot guarantee shipping times and are sometimes delayed. We unfortunately do not have any control once your package arrives at USPS or UPS. If you suspect your package to be lost or delayed, please use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email to contact the shipping carrier. Both shipping carriers offer a claim process for any and all lost or stolen packages.
